The manager, William, was flat-out rude and dismissive. I overheard the tech saying she had to crush the filter, yet they downplayed any fault. Worse, they tried to dump my own oil container into the engine without asking—it’s obvious that should be a foreign substance to them. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing. When they "fixed" it, they didn’t even show me the oil level on the dipstick—which they always should. To top it off, I saw William yelling at another customer for turning off her car early. The overall rudeness and lack of care were unacceptable. Even after all this, no refund—just a $20 "next time" discount. They need serious improvement in customer service and professionalism

They said filter was stuck and couldn’t remove it. Charged me full price for a half complete job. Got the vehicle home and removed the filter myself. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
