  Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally report unprofessional and inappropriate behavior I experienced at your [440 NE Weidler St Portland, OR 97232 United States] during my recent visit. During my visit, I interacted with Kadin (Team Lead) and Malik (Manager). From the start, both individuals were rude and dismissive, demonstrating a complete lack of customer service skills. Kadin repeatedly addressed me as “my man,” which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. He also insisted that I was breaking shop rules, despite the fact that there were no other customers present and I did not cross the bay line at any time. When I calmly tried to explain the situation, Kadin responded in a childish manner—spreading his hands and pretending not to understand what I was saying—rather than engaging in a professional conversation. I ultimately de-escalated the situation myself by saying that I simply wanted to proceed with an oil change. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was then told that I should never return to this location. This experience was unacceptable. I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism from staff, especially from individuals in leadership roles. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by upper management and that appropriate customer service training be provided to the employees involved. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address this matter. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding the outcome of your review. Thank you for your time and attention.

  The service I received was great. I was in and out. Wasn't pressured to get anything but what I asked for. The young men were very nice and helpful!

  Drove here today before I went Christmas shopping for an oil change, only to get a check engine light on, and the (Andrew) tech tried to push me on my way, instead of diagnosing the problem. Come to find out the air filter is all bent from them putting back in the way they did. Now it’s been a hour & 1/2 and I’m waiting for an air filter, haven’t moved still in the pit. Let’s say this is not what I expected to happen, especially having this happen before I have to work. Never will I come here again Got a couple funny guys here If it was your car — see if u think it’s funny Joey I missed you here , you were the reason I drove up here. He always took care of my Car.

  Great experience on 12/7 around 2pm. All the guys I spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome. Had three services done in about 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be back!

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my experience today—and after noticing a consistent pattern over multiple visits—I feel it’s important to share. I came in for a routine oil change and was immediately concerned by the lack of leadership from the manager on duty, Malik. The bay was completely full, with what looked like only one tech up top and one down below doing their best to keep up with a long line of vehicles. Meanwhile, Malik was outside in the parking lot joking around with an off-the-clock employee instead of supporting his team or the customers waiting. While I was there, one of the techs respectfully asked Malik for help, clearly overwhelmed. Instead of stepping in or even acknowledging the workload, Malik walked into the bay with a hostile attitude, belittling the employee and calling him a “child.” The tech calmly explained he had online classes and that they were severely understaffed, but Malik dismissed him entirely. Shortly after, that same employee was sent home simply for asking for help. As a customer, witnessing that interaction was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. My biggest concern is that this behavior wasn’t a one-time event. Every time I’ve come here, there has been some kind of issue with management—not just with Malik, but previously with a manager named Mike as well. The same patterns continue: not taking accountability, wandering off while the bay is busy, showing up late, and then criticizing employees for not doing the work they themselves avoid. It’s unfair to the staff, and it creates a stressful, unpleasant environment for customers. The employees in the bay work incredibly hard and deserve leadership that supports them, communicates professionally, and leads by example. Unfortunately, that is not what I’ve witnessed. Until something changes with management, I cannot recommend this location.
