I've avoided Jiffy Lube and Valvoline stations after seeing news stories about branches not doing any work at all on cars and being caught in a lie. I've never been more pleasantly surprised than my visit to Valvoline over the weekend. Very kind and considerate staff. They were very thorough and explained everything being done. We discussed what I should consider in the future as well. Very, very pleased with this experience with the location and staff and will happily return in the future. Thank you!
