- MEMichael Emerson2 days ago5.0I was helped by Chris, Dillion, and a third gentleman I cannot recall the name of. Every single moment of getting my oil changed was quick, friendly, helpful, and relatively inexpensive to what i had budgeted for. They even had replacement window wipers that were priced about the same as if i had gotten them myself from a auto parts store. You could see the seamless teamwork and respect that everyone working there has for each other. They asked each other questions and listened to each other. Chris was a particular delightful young man. He was very friendly, professional and polite. He answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The gentleman with the glasses that i cannot recall the name of was the first person to greet me when i arrived and was very focused and alert. He offered just about every addon to the service in such a seamless and professional manner that I was very open to getting my windshield wipers replaced as this was something I had been meaning to do anyways. Excellent technician and salesperson. Dillion was my topside technician and was very polite, helpful, and really gave the impression that he is very good at his work. 10/10 good work. Great people. For the first time in years I really felt comfortable with someone else working on my car.

I went in today to get an oil change and they were slammed and I was in a rush which was a bad combination. However, they got me out of there in record time; felt like a pit crew at the Daytona 500. Octavio really went above and beyond and seemed to be managing the team with precision and efficiency even under all the pressure. Additional shout outs to Isaac and Spencer for bringing it all together. Thanks guys!
- DGDallas GrayDec 20, 20251.0Over torqued everything. Drain plug so tight the next place needed their biggest breaker bar to get it off. But far worse, they over tightened the oil filter and cracked the plastic housing, resulting in a expensive repair to replace the oil cooler/filter housing on my jeep. Will never go back, and will recommend everyone reading this to avoid as well.
