    They were really helpful with what I needed and i didn't have any problems. The only issue i actually had with anything was that I was almost hit by an idiot in the adjoining parking garage, but you cant fault the company for the location and how Portland is.

    My entire experience with the rental has been horrible. I was given a luxury sedan, when frankly I had booked and just wanted a functional SUV. The sedan was pretty damaged from a previous driver, and the gas tank was not full. Thankfully I documented all damages, and even have a video of the representative telling me to bring the vehicle back "with around half a tank". On returning the vehicle, a representative told me that all was good. She told me that they had forgot to mark a specific scratch on the bumper which was one of many, but that they knew it was there previously. I've since been charged $100 for a gas refill and now I've gotten word (3 weeks after my return) that damage has been reported. The gas charge was dropped with my video evidence. I am now needing to respond to reports and upload videos and photos from pickup showing the damage was from my before rental. This is a huge waste of time, and honestly horrible customer service. Don't give people damaged vehicles without gas, then charge them for gas and undocumented damages.

    They tried to put already existing damage on me when I had the car less than 24 hours with ZERO incidents and we hadn't even gone over the car prior, though I would have expected to. Luckily I randomly took a photo and could show them they are LIARS. AVOID.

    I will never use this company again! We broke down and they told us we needed to take itto a garage and have it repaired! They were not bringing us a replacement car! After multiple calls over a 5-6 hour stressful ordeal they finally towed the vehicle and brought us a new one! I never raised my voice or anything and was hung up on twice because when I asked what do they suggest we do and how do we get to a car, they had no answer so they simply hung up!! Terrible company

    Rented a car a week in advance from the through a third party . Needed to go to Seattle with parents for the day for a funeral. Sixt sent me a email the night before picking up the car . Email said bring Drivers license/ ID , credit card or debit card . I show up next day to pick my car up and the guy at the front tells they do t except debit cards . I had to screenshot the email and send to the third party to prove I had bought everything they asked for . Guy at front counter even said he been talking to his coworkers they they needed to send the customer the email explaining about how they don’t except debit. So I basically did what was asked and still did not get my car and got the the funeral late because we had to walk to another car rental and get something last minute. . This was at the 685 SW Pine street in Portland Oregon. The guy in front counter could have cared less and seemed more worried when his next break was gonna be . Super bad customer service .
