Also high priced wiper blades ($60) were cheap otc replacements, replaced twice, same poor results. But they are 6 months warranty! Even though they don't work, you can replace them with the same otc ones!

This review is not about their service workers. This review is strictly regarding overall customer service. There is no available person to answer a question via a phone call. You are only given an option to book an appointment, check an appointment or find a location. You are not allowed to ask any questions and when you do it refers you to their website and hangs up on you. WORST customer service ever. And NO, they did not have the answer to my question in their FAQs. Safelite, you need to at least answer your phones at your locations. The location phone is not posted and all of your location numbers refer to the main AI line. Overall terrible experience trying to fix the window of a homeless veteran and couldn't ask any questions. Shame on you.

They repaired a little chip in my windshield and told me that if it continued to spread, they would give me my money back the chip in my windshield which was smaller than a dime made it worse and now it is a huge crack.they refused to give me a refund I pay $153dlrs for nothing

I didn't have to leave work, it only took about 60 minutes, and the communication was great. They called earlier in the day to let me know around when they would arrive, how long it would take, and asked about the space available (they need to be able to park next to you). Luckily my insurance covered most of the cost and I only need to pay about 50 dollars for my deductible. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
