- CLchris longApr 29, 20191.0Be careful. Not only do they have poor communication as to what you are receiving or not receiving in your engine they took $1400 of my money in a made up "restock fee" that was never mentioned in any paperwork before they had my money. After I had issues with the engine and they didn't want to help I returned the engine because I was unsatisfied. Spent $1000 to ship it back and fourth at my expense that I'm not looking to get back also . All of a sudden they said there's a 15% restock fee and stole $1400 from me. If this fee was mentioned upfront before they had my money I would have no issue. I was never even given the opportunity to agree or disagree with the fee before I purchased and take my business elsewhere. Deceitful and disingenuous business practices!
