Extremely unprofessional and feel I should be refunded my money. If I was late or a no show, I would still have to pay. As stated in the 5 emails and several texts I received. You should comp my installation for being unprofessional and basically screwing up. I was lucky that a "same day installation kit" came in and was able to get it bumped to my name. Not to impressed so far with intoxalock. Very unprofessional way to conduct business..
