When we arrived, the team let us know the mirror was beyond repair but offered to look for a used one since a new one would cost over $1,500. In the meantime, they managed to “rig” it temporarily so we could drive safely—and even vacuumed the floor before sending us on our way at no charge! I later found a replacement mirror on eBay for just $70, and Hillside installed it for only $92.50. They were friendly, honest, and very reasonably priced. After two disaster experiences with Beaverton Audi, we’re incredibly grateful to have found this shop. We’re customers for life.
