  Can’t say enough good things about Gill’s. We learned about them from a neighbor who couldn’t stop singing their praises which is not the usual response to an auto repair shop. Great service, great work and kind friendly people make Gill’s stand out from the rest. So glad we found them!!!

  I've been a couple of times now, and waited to share my thoughts. One, the service is terrible. Several people including the manager are more than a little rude. They seemed agitated to see me from the first moment. The manager is particularly intent on making you feel stupid and unwelcome. Two, their inspections are cursory. Three, they will lie about running codes. Caught em this time. They changed the service report to include the codes that were there after saying there were none. Good thing I ran my own prior :/ Four, they don't hear what you say. Five, and finally, they referred me to a dealership for better auto care. How embarrassing for them. I'm sure they could help you with your tires, oil, pads, fluids, etc,... They'll green light your car for rideshare without checking your brakes and safety features though. They just went ahead and signed that they did and ran my card. So chill of them. I gave them multiple chances, but I won't go back. P.s. the clunk wasn't from a loose panel, and it didn't go away after I installed a new battery Lol. Ill make sure I tell everyone I know.

  I was given a suggestion by Ernest re: my windshield wipers and I followed up on it. I retuned to have him install new ones, and the rear wiper was hard to install but he was able to rethread parts and then finished with a spot of superglue where it was needed. He was pleasant and very helpful. I wish more places of business conducted customer service like Ernest did.
