I never got the a call. When I arrived the door was locked and no one was there until 9. Talking with the employee at the counter she said are you here for an oil changed. I mentioned that I was there for my tires ( I bought from your company) possible has a leak and they needed a rotation. I made the appointment for a front end alignment and oil change and to check my tires to see if I had a leak. The employee mentioned that the guy who does the alignment called out and ask if I wanted an oil change. I told the lady forget it I would take my buisness else where. First I was given a follow up call of the appointment . Second they gave an appointment time of 0800. Third you guys could have called me and let me known the alignment guy was out. Very frustrating. I’m sure I won’t hear back from you guys so I’m going to take my buisness elsewhere.
