- LLLindaJun 20, 20195.0I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an agent at the parking garage and allowed to pick the car I wanted. I had not rented from Enterprise before and this was a different experience than with other companies who just give you a space number. We walked with the agent through the garage while picking the car and carried on a nice conversation. When I returned the car, the gentleman that greeted me was very friendly and helpful with directions where to go to get into the terminal and to the check-in counter.
