- VRVince RinehartApr 9, 20251.0You can’t reach customer service from here because it’s on the bottom level of a garage. Charger says to plug in to begin or, if not, use the screen to progress. I plugged in my Chevy bolt, it did not begin so I used the screen which thanked me for by business and told me check final rates on an app, but never started for me. Gave up after a few tries.

- KHKenneth HaertlingAug 28, 20173.0It is tucked away in the parking garage of the store, in the back corner. They have only one fast charger and two slow chargers. At the fast charger only one space is set aside for electric cars, so if someone hooks into the slow charger it may be a very long wait to use the fast one.
