The customer service, straightforwardness, courtesy, good humor, and especially the professionalism of every single employee is absolutely enough to make me choose this particular Enterprise location from the choices provided on the Costco website. The car itself was the most bare bones tiny jalopy that you could imagine. I didn’t even know that cars like that were still on the market. To be clear, I deliberately CHOSE the tiniest and cheapest car available. Nevertheless, the car was clean, everything worked, and the gas mileage was amazing. I don’t usually get to excited about any retail establishments, unless it’s some outstanding restaurant. And I very rarely complete these surveys. But the multiple good experiences I have had at the NE Sandy Blvd Enterprise location have made me unlikely to ever choose another provider, unless there is some drastic change. When the subject of car rental comes up in conversation with friends or colleagues, I often recommend this location. Always satisfied, and frequently impressed.
