We Informed them when we picked up the vehicle that the windshield was cracked. They told us to come in if it expands. we come in the day because, with temperature getting cooler, it nearly doubled in size. They tell us it’s okay it’s noted in our file it was cracked when you received it. Come to the day we are set to return it and the crack is all the way across the windshield. We drop off the van at the repair shop. And pick up our van. We are told everything is okay. Two days later we receive an email saying we have to file a claim for the windshield they cracked before giving it to us. Also if you leave personal belongings in the vehicle they will steal it.
