- MGM G5 days ago1.0This location tried to charge me for a superficial scratch on vehicle that existed before I rented the car. They also tried to charge me for not returning with full tank of gas when I literally drove the car 10 miles(it was just sitting in my garage while my car got repaired). When I objected to this and was upset about it, they acted like I was insane and kept repeating “our priority is the rental vehicle”. They did not care about me at all and no other associate helped me, they just laughed at me with another customer. I took the vehicle to lake Oswego enterprise and had no issues, the manager apologized and said it was very obvious there was damage to the vehicle before I rented it out. Maybe this place is nicer if you show up having a better day—but if you’re renting a car for any reason that’s not a vacation expect to be treated poorly and possibly scammed.
