  Cooper and Alex at the Portland Airport Enterprise Car Rental were fabulous. Cooper helped me with my kindergarten-aged granddaughter, during the process of choosing a car, with his great humor and sincere caring, while I was a little frazzled. What a wonderful person! When returning the car, Alex was also so caring, polite and friendly. Kudos to them! Enterprise is lucky to have them both as employees!

  Great customer service overall, and the staff was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the Extended Luxury SUV I rented (Grand Wagoneer) had several issues that detracted from the experience. None of the USB or USB-C ports were functioning, several features on the infotainment display did not work properly, and the suspension felt rough, with noticeable shaking once we exceeded 60 mph. Given the premium category of the vehicle, this was disappointing.

  Everything was great. I reserved a car online, so when I arrived to PDX, it was simple to check in. After this, they allowed me to choose from a number of vehicles in the class. This was new to me. It was easy to pick the car and go to my destination. On drop off, the facility staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was a bit late to my flight, but they were able to process everything in around 60 seconds. This really helped me feel at ease. Thank you Enterprise!

  Made a reservation 4 months in advance. Long story short, was notified 1 week before they had NO vehicles in that class available and switched me to another class. I agreed. Then when I got to PDX I was told they didn’t have that vehicle. Then was offered TWO vehicles yet they failed to notice I was with my 14 yr old daughter who does not possess a drivers license., not to mention this is a ludicrous solution to having a 7 seater to keep family together. Then finally gave me a third option at yet a different class of vehicle. I felt I had no other options at this time of night and had to have transportation immediately. Very disappointed and doubt I’ll ever take the chance of going through this again with Enterprise. ***Note: Be super cautious when renting from here if you are in an absolutely must have transportation for any reason. If you're using Enterprise, it may be wise to line up an alternative to have just in case.

  Our recent rental in Portland PDX was effortless from start to finish. The online reservation system is well-designed -- gave great descriptions, selections, and easy reserving. The reservation was followed up with info regarding location and pick-up directions. Upon arrival the facility was easily located and the building was light, bright, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating of all our needs. Vehicle selection was wide and immediately ready for pick-up (absolutely no wait). Return was easy and staff, again, terrific!!
