People there are nice. They are good at providing the cars you reserved. Do reserve the car online first so they can allocate the car for customers. This site is also good at responding customers' feedback. For example, I returned the car after working hours and called them in advance to ensure that I would not be overcharged for additional day. They made a note and properly documented my time of returning. So I strongly recommend renting car from this site!

On arrival, no compacts were available, so we got to pick from a number of slightly larger cars, opting for a Mazda CX-5 in an attractive steel blue-grey. Check-out was very quick as I had uploaded everything before arrival. The Mazda did well over the course of 900 miles, though it did keep flashing that it was overdue for an oil change. The return was quick and expedient, with none of the in-depth searching for scratches that I've recently experienced from other rental car companies. I keep coming back to Enterprise for our vacation rentals as they seem to have optimized operations and service levels at only slightly higher price-points than the cheapest competitors.
