- NNNate NicholsonJan 3, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Kaia was excellent—friendly, clear, and professional. The other gentleman who helped check me in was just as solid. Kaia took the time to walk me around the truck, clearly pointed out existing damage, and explained what would and would not count against me. No pressure, no confusion, and it was done quickly. Kaia also showed me how to use the liftgate, which I appreciated. The truck itself worked perfectly and did exactly what I needed it to do. Minor downsides, none of which are on the staff: the Isuzu truck is very “new-truck” annoying with constant beeping and warnings, and the cruise control didn’t work because the check engine light was on the entire time. Also, when you start the vehicle it says that there's no engine oil, even though there is engine oil. Not sure of the cause, but worth noting. Overall, smooth rental, professional staff, and no surprises. I’d rent from this location again without hesitation.
