When i ask them about how its not charged, they claim “oh it’s a dead battery it never charged” So they supposedly left it to charge for 24 hours, never checked on it, and when i come to pick it up it’s not even charged? And now it’s dead? What a waste of time, pick any other autozone Forgot to add: they also tried to sell me a new battery after claiming mine wouldnt charge. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about this location and their attitude towards charging batteries. Is this not illegal? What a joke
