Customer service has become the worst I've experienced in any store lately, because AutoZone pays minimum wage. Their people don't know how to help customers, or how to work on cars anymore, because they're not paid enough to have actual enthusiasts working in the store. I literally only come into AutoZone for items that aren't sold in other auto parts stores (like the Duralast branded Die Hard batteries), or for parts that have a lifetime warranty. For anything else, I'll go to O'Reilly's these days, because those people are actually interested in making your day better.
