  I came to the store ate 8:30 AM and they supposed to be open at 7:30 AM. No sign why are they closed or if they’re gonna be open? Definitely bad management.

  bought a battery here the guy working there helped remove the old battery and install the new one in the rain. amazing customer service

  I had the lovely pleasure of working with Keran & Snow. When I tell you, I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. In my entire life, I will continue to remain a loyal customer to this particular autozone. As long as I live, they are amazing. They took time out of their day to help me with no problems. No complaints. They were the sweetest, most knowledgeable, kind-hearted human beings. I've experienced in any auto zone. I'm sincerely hoping that their manager Melissa actually reads and receives this post. They deserve nothing more than the best. And they have all of my gratitude. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. I hope you all have a wonderful evening. Thanks again

  They don't have a diagnostic tester for my 1994 Plymouth Voyager van and they refused to help me try to figure out why my check engine light is on

  I had an order to pick up and when I got there the lady that was at the pick up desk ignored me for a minute or 2 before even acknowledging I was there then they didnt even have my order ready. Then it took her a few minutes to figure out how to print my receipt and had to ask someone else for help.
