Jessica at the 122nd and Glisan store was Awesome!! I needed help with windshield blades ( changing them) she did them so fast and she was able to show me how to do them the best thing was she had her nails on and still was able to replace both under 2 min.

If I could rate lower than 1 start I would. I came in at 12/22/2025 4pm to charge my battery. Upon walking in no welcome or stop drop 30/30 and the PSM Alan did not seem to want to help me. I asked him if he could put my battery on the charger for a few hours. He then proceeded to test it. He said "Its so low it wont charge its bad". I asked him if he could just throw it on the charger for a few hours and then we can re test it. He flat out refused to help and just walked away from me mid conversation. Not sure where Alan got his training but he did not follow the companys values of putting the customers first. I went to Burnside Autozone 30 min away and they charged it battery test good. Looks like it just needed to be charged... hmmm weird. Alan did not put the customer fist. Did not deliver WOW! customer service or go the extra mile ext... Alan needs to re visit his coaching and training.

AutoZone has always been, and still is, a great place to buy all kinds of vehicle-related things. Good staff who are knowledgeable and polite, clean, well-lit locations and good on-hand stock, and reasonable wait times for special order parts.

The absolute worst location, 3 employees working upfront and not a single one can help customers. Sat in line for 20 minutes trying to ask if there was an item available… ended up leaving without anyone saying a thing.
