  Rented a small suv for a week from the Portland airport Alamo and the entire experience was great. The staff were friendly and the car was well maintained. Check out and back in were smooth. In fact, Paul checked us back in and was absolutely great. He was fast, friendly and funny. Kudos to Paul, they need to give you a raise and move you to corporate headquarters. At the very least, you should be the airport facility supervisor and train all the new employees. You really know how to make the customer feel special. We will definitely rent from Alamo again.

  Best service and clean vehicle! They also didn’t hide any fees or pressure us with any added services. The staff made the check in and check out very easy. When we checked out, Benjamin was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

  Used Alamo in September, after a really bad experience with a Portland competitor. Had a flawless experience with Alamo, and would recommend them to anyone. The long line at their airport counter, with other agencies vacant, told me I wasn’t the only one who felt that way. The only thing I didn’t care for was the color of the SUV, a bright blue that was a little hard on my eyes. :)

  Renting a car from Alamo is very easy. The agents work fast to process your request to give you your rental and get you out of the office in no time. Also returning the car, is just as good. You will never have to wait for any length of time as long as you return their vehicle without no problems. Alamo has good agents who care about your rental needs.

  Rented a full size SUV at San Antonio International Airport (SAT) for 3 days recently. From start to finish, the experience was great. The person at the rental counter at the airport was very patient and pleasant. There was a bit of a wait actually getting our vehicle, but that was due to the indecision of the customer in front of us and the fact that the Alamo staff at the point of pick up was trying hard to please her every whim. Our car was spotless and nice smelling. It had NO mechanical problems during our trip and was very efficient when in gas mode (hybrid). The return was a piece of cake and, again, the drop off person was extremely friendly and helpful. Besides all the above, the price we paid (thru Costco travel) was reasonable. We will definitely rent from Alamo again!
