  I had a really great experience at AutoZone. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, they didn’t just try to sell me something, they actually took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I got the right part. They even helped me double-check everything so I wouldn’t run into problems later. The store was clean and well organized, which made it easy to find things, and I didn’t have to wait long to get assistance. I also appreciated how friendly everyone was it made the whole experience way less stressful. Overall, I’d definitely recommend AutoZone if you’re looking for good customer service and reliable help with your car.

  I had a really good experience at AutoZone. The staff was super helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. I went in not really sure what I needed, but they took the time to listen and helped me find the right parts without making me feel rushed. The store was clean and organized, which made it easy to find things too. What I liked most was how they explained everything in a simple way so I actually understood what I was buying. They even gave me a few tips on how to install the part myself, which saved me money. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience. I’d definitely come back here again.

  Called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed in stock. Woman on the phone said they did, quoted price at $40-ish. I then drove 30 min. to the location only to be shown a product that was not at all what I had asked the person for. No one took accountability or apologized they just acted weird and then showed me another product that they were not confident would work for my car that was $80+. Are you kidding me? I did not buy anything bc I don’t trust anyone who works there to know what the hell they are even talking about. Trash service.
