  Christian and everyone else was so awesome! I had to jump start my battery so when I went in and told them about it they explained stuff super professionally and were so friendly also! Thank you Christian for installing my battery! Definitely good vibes here.

  When they're looking for some stuff but all the employee wanted to do is tell me to go to eBay or Amazon didn't want to help at all so I guess I'll just go to O'Reilly's

  Worst experience I’ve had at an auto parts store. Went in with a bad battery and showed them my warranty in case it needed to be replaced. They responded to me as if it was the weirdest request they had ever heard and wouldn’t even come out to look at the battery (despite it being posted on their website that they offer battery testing with battery in car). I took it in this morning at a different auto zone store and they gave it a recharge and removed corrosion which took about 20 minutes. Was a simple fix that this establishment would have noticed if they put in any effort into my transaction. Despite it being an hour until closing time, it seemed like they wanted to get rid of me as fast as they could. This store not only cost me my time last night but also a full work day today as a result of them not doing their jobs. On top of their un-helplessness, they were simply rude and disrespectful.
