  Got my quote, did my reservation and picked up my car . Returned it to find out they added about $90 in fees to the bill. Bait and switch. I WILL NEVER USE ALAMO AGAIN.

  Had, by far, the most pleasant experience rebrote from Alamo. The representatives are not pushy (or threatening) about the additional options they offer and the customer service was bar none. Shout out to the first person with whom I interacted, Bealu, who greeted me with a smile and kindness, informed me of the available options and was knowledgeable answering my questions. Even though I figure it's automated, the after check out yet message was reassuring that any concern I may have would be handled (didn't need or use it). The car return was quick and easy, and thigh I didn't catch the gentleman's name, he also greeted me with a smile, aired about my journey and checked with me after checking the car to make sure I was aways of the final charges. He asked, "Is there anything we could have done better?" I couldn't think of a thing. Well done, Alamo. I will consider your company first in the future when I need to rent a car and will recommend the same to others.
