    The customer service was by far the best I have ever had while getting an oil change. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything extra, they explained any findings very clearly and were very honest with me the entire time. I spoke with 3 different workers throughout my oil change, and every single one was professional and kind. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

    I have no idea how they got even above 1 star previously!! My vehicle was overheating, so I went to this location for an oil change and fluid check/fill. They supposedly changed my oil and topped off my fluids. I got home, and the car was still overheating...so after it cooled down, I checked the engine. The coolant level appeared low. I went to a different Valvoline location and was informed that none of my fluids had been topped off...despite the staff at Oregon City "confirming" with me that it had been done. Don't walk away...RUN!!!!!!! Don't risk your vehicle!! Sadly, the other location was not at all surprised to hear this about Valvoline Oregon City! P.S. I'm giving one star only 'coz I can't post the review with ZERO stars!!
