Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, brushing off my concerns. I hope for better customer service in the future.
- FHFrofly H3 days ago5.0Jeffrey said my radiator had to be fixed to diagnose what else was going on and he was clear that fixing it may not fix all the issues my car has. After the work he said in fact I have a blown head gasket. He was very sorry, worked on what ever discounts he could give me considering the repair did not help my original problems at, no improvement. So, the 600 dollar estimate didn't change the outcome for my car but he applied whatever discounts he could. I am pleased with the discounts, maybe small but it made my financial strain a little less painful. He also took the time to explain issues and what to watch for with a blown head gasket and how to proceed with repairs. I felt valued, listened too and respected. Thank you for making lemonade from my very sour ,almost bitter ,rotten lemon. I will refer you every chance I get to everyone I know. Thanks again!!! 😀😪😀
