  Rocking R Campers did a great job at assessing everything that wasn't working properly on my new to me LQ horse trailer. They were thorough and gave me options on the repairs. While they were a bit slow, I'd take that over them rushing through the job and missing items that are important.

  I have been using Rocking R since early 1990's. I couldn't say enough good things about the original owners. Honest, fair and reliable, couldn't ask for better. I drove from California to Ontario for a family function and stopped by in late March. Gave them a list and said I'd be back with my RV in June, if they needed me to pay for parts early call and I'd pay for them. Come June, I pull my RV up from California to Rocking R, they had my appointment but no parts. I said I could leave it for 2 weeks, they couldn't get the parts. Said they were a month out (why I set up appointment in March). They say they can have parts in 4-6 weeks. I said please order and I'll reschedule. Yesterday 9/18 I call to double check, they still haven't ordered parts but they'll get them ASAP. Will call me back same day and confirm. No call back, I call next day (today) and the guy promises to follow through and WILL DEFINITELY call me back today. No call back, no text, no email from the new owners. No more business from me. Hope they treat you better than they treated me

  Traveling as a solo woman on the road can be intimidating and frustrating at times; Rocking R was great to work with, didn’t jerk me around or ‘little lady’ me. After losing trailer brakes while trying to get home to Spokane from Colorado; stopping in a Les Schwab and a dodge dealer, I finally ended up at Rocking R upon the dealerships referral. They got me in quickly, addressed a multitude of issues with no judgement, made the repairs and even called me when they had a delay due things not going as smoothly as hoped and pick up was going to be about an hour later than first estimated. The price was super fair and the work and communication very efficient. We pass through Ontario on a fairly regular basis as we travel the west for dog trials and I will absolutely schedule future RV work with them when I’m passing through and able to layover for a day or so. Can’t recommend this folks enough!
