    Over charged me and assumed I had the car longer than I did. It’s been a hassle getting my money back from these people. I returned the car at 8pm om the day it was due to return. Miles told me that I had until 11:59pm to return the car and they charged me for an entire weekend without contacting me prior to charging me and/ or confirming how long I had the rental.

    these people are very rude and pushy lectured me on using a credit card and not a debit card. call me three times to confirm. told me I needed to hurry to get there. seemed like they were just trying to get off work early on Friday. need to realize that when people are traveling, they're not going to be able to be there at the exact time. chad reserve the car for and should not be rushed to get there. truck was dirty and smelt like pot all over the inside. had holes in the carpet underneath the gas pedal and looked like it had never been cleaned out or washed on the outside
