I can't stand for long periods of time and need to sit. We walked up to the first register. There was a person at that register. Looked like he was counting the money into the drawer for opening. Took him 20-30 seconds before he acknowledged us. And said he would be with us in a minute. Finally another employee walked up to a register about 3 away. And said he could help us. This man was very nice. While in the process of doing the exchange, we came to find out the guy who was counting money into the drawer was the manager as he had to enter his approval code for the transaction to process. I don't understand why he wouldn't have called out to someone else to help us. Or at the very least acknowledged us sooner. Bad customer service in both our opinions.
