- SRSummer RichardsonJan 21, 20261.0We stopped here for the obvious reasons but also enjoy checking out all the cool knick nacks while stretching our legs and taking a break from the car. Tonight we were doing just this, and had decided to buy something out of the locked case so the gal came over and got it for us, we asked her to hang onto it at the register until we were done shopping. About 20 minutes later we were at the other end of the store and this lady walks up to us and asks if she can help us find something. My husband says no we're just shopping and she says "well ok..." and looks at us all weird. He asks her "why is there a problem?" She said, with the rudest attitude you could imagine, "no, you just seem to be walking around looking at everything." Talking to us like we were some kind of thieves or something because we were shopping... in the store. What else are you supposed to do there? Feeling totally uncomfortable and out of place, we didn't buy any hoodies, or souvenirs, or anything else but a box of cinnabons and got the hell out of there, shaking our heads, wondering what in the world made that lady treat us like that. I can't imagine how much business she runs away with that attitude. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Offended and disappointed.
