I had a screw in my tire so I came to this AutoZone and bought a tire plug kit. I removed the screw and used the reamer included in the repair kit and reamed the hole then attempted to push in the repair plug. I pushed hard enough to collapse the tire to the rim but the reamer did not make a big enough hole for the plug to go through. I made several attempts with the reamer and plug with no success. Because the reamer would not make a hole big enough to push in the plug, I took it back and tried to exchange it for a kit with a bigger reamer. The salesperson told me I couldn’t return the kit because it was used. I told him I attempted to use it and explained why it wouldn’t work and he still refused to take it back.
