- SWStephen WeedDec 1, 20255.0Intoxalock is horrible. They didn’t even set a date with the installers. My advice is to contact the installers to verify what intoxalock tells you. The installers at good vibrations were awesome and fast in a very hard install. Then a lady I assume upper management took time to reach out to me and I don’t have to pay anything until February 2026. Not so bad after all. They called me back this morning to make sure everything was working. The lady to talk to is Patricia! She was and is way nicer and easier to deal with, compared to the call center people. I take back the negative comments I said about them 100 percent.
