One rep tells you one thing, then another tells you another thing. Each one is conflicting. Very frustrating! I am not sure they even know what they are doing. Luckily I now get to deal with one person who is very knowledgeable, Isaid Martinez. I give him 4.5 stars as there is always room for improvement. He is very knowledgeable about the rules of having the intoxalock and helpful to me when I have concerns and questions regarding this awful gadget that I have in my vehicle. I greatly appreciate his help and that he agreed to personally help me instead of having to deal with all of the inexperienced people in the company. Thank you Isaid!
