I ended up having an issue with the vehicle a few hours after I bought it, but there was no hesitation on doing whatever they could and had to To fix the vehicle and make sure that I was in a rental so my daily life wasn’t interrupted in any way shape or phone. I will definitely purchase another vehicle through them

This place (or at least Bill, the person I dealt with) does it right. They keep business personal and simple. Selling my car and getting a new (used) one has been stressful and confusing, and most of the customer service from various people and dealerships has been subpar. I wish other car dealerships were as good as Bill/Newport, and they will be my first call the next time I have car-related ideas. Thanks, Bill!

My buyer's remorse has nothing to do with the car and everything to do with the dealership. Recently bought a 2026 RAV4 from them (the only one I could find on a lot within a 200 mile radius of my home, because the vast majority are sold before they get on the lot due to some shortage), and thought I'd done good. Then came the execution of the deal. It was not the smoothest deal, but it was okay-right up until after the deal, when they didn't promptly refund a pretty large overpayment. I spoke with the finance guy last week about the $2200+ I had overpaid due to an error on their side of the deal. After I found him rude and unhelpful, I spoke with the manager. The manager said he'd get a check out promptly. After a week and no check or word from them, I called back. I was told they still hadn't cut a check.
The amount is not in dispute. They're just dragging their feet to get me my refund.
If I don't get a check next week, I'm filing a complaint with Oregon DOJ Consumer Protection.
Had such a great and enjoyable experience here! From the second I called them to the second of my driving out with the 4Runner I got, Brad helped us to his best bit. Staring from searching around to get my vehicle of choice, scheduling our test drive, making us understand the different features of the vehicle, helping us to understand the different terms and conditions of a leasing agreement, we felt so much at home. Will surely give these folks a solid 5-star review here. And, will surely recommend Toyota of Newport to everyone :)
Fantastic experience working with Toyota of Newport from start to finish while purchasing our Grand Highlander Hybrid. We had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted in Portland, but were able to locate one in Newport.
April Marie was great to work with—communication was excellent, the pricing was very competitive given the demand, and the entire process was relaxed with no pressure.
It was absolutely worth the drive, especially with the bonus of enjoying the Oregon coast. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Toyota.
