After I got my oil changed my check engine light came on and my oil pressure light came on.. It turns out they put the oil filter improperly it was causing my vehicle a lot of issues as soon as I replace the oil filter (myself) check engine light turned back off and the oil pressure light turned back off and the lifter sound stopped. This is a picture of the filter that I took out two days after the oil change..
