The staff is helpful - the new cars have some features I am not familiar with. Jeff answered all my questions and I was able to get on the road quickly. Only once, one staff member closed the office early and I was unable to get my rental. It was quite upsetting as I was on time. He saw me arrive. Locked the office and left. All other staff have been great!
