  Called me promptly to let me know about a change in inventory and was able to set me up with equivalent quality tires with no delay in scheduling or service whatsoever. Would be happy to come back again knowing my cars and tires are in good hands.

  These guys have always been so nice and honest every time they have helped me. They always seem to give fair price. Two times I stopped in and they did not charge for either assistance. They had to refer me for an electronic issue back to our manufacturer. But they were so helpful and sending me with all the info I needed to talk to our manufacturer service center.

  I was able to get in for service the day after I contacted them. I wanted routine oil change and tire rotation, but I explained that i had hit one tire on a curb that nicked the tire. It was deep enough for concern, but since I had purchased my tires there not very long ago, they were able to replace my one tire under warranty. I was very happy with the service and I will continue to go to Point S in Newberg!

  We had a very frustrating experience with this shop. In January, we brought in my wife's car due to smoke coming through the dash. They diagnosed it as an oil gasket issue, and we paid around $600-$700 for repairs (which is on the higher end for this type of repair). Unfortunately, even after the repair, the smoke persisted. We returned, and they then admitted they installed a faulty part. They fixed it under warranty, which was appreciated, but the smoke issue still wasn’t resolved. We gave them another chance, bringing the car back a third time. They did another warranty fix, but now, after three attempts, the smoke is still coming through the dash of my wife's car. At this point, we need to take our car elsewhere. After three visits and the same unresolved problem, I cannot recommend this shop. I think they mean well, but they are incredibly incompetent.
