  Took my F150 back to Point S for a rotate & balance of 4 new tires I bought from them last year. Despite a stuck and twisted lug nut - which they could have blamed on me - they took the time to remove and replace it and the stud without me having to ask about it. That type of customer service is what will keep me as a customer for general repairs and maintenance issues for my 20 year old pickup.

  I came in with a blown tractor tire and these guys made it happen on the same day I was blown away, and this is the second time they’ve done that to me. It wasn’t a major fix, but to me it was A big deal and something I could not have done on my own, and because it was a new product that they were just testing out, they compted me. I love these guys never going anywhere else you shouldn’t either. The service is really the difference for me true professionals that care something lacking in today’s community
