**Update** After meeting with them and talking to the. They took the car back and got all the issues figured out. They ended up making it right and getting everything taken care of. No additional cost to us. Overall, they were nice, helpful, and made sure to get everything done correctly. Brought our car in for repair. They repaired the outside. Our window needed to be replaced and they replaced it. Which was nice. However there is glass left in our center console and some in our dashboard vents. We have two kids. One of which loves to listen to music and change songs while waiting for school. If we didn’t catch that she could have cut herself. This is just one of the issues they caused. They left the car extremely dirty and dusty with primer dust and or bondo dust. It’s everywhere. White stains on our seats. There’s brown/black finger prints all over the headliner and trim. When we dropped the car off it was detailed because we just bought it 28 days prior to a tree falling on our new car. The interior was basically immaculate when we dropped it off. Also they didn’t seal the windshield all the way so when we are driving we get a loud whistle/air rushing through the passenger side of the car. There’s multiple spots on the passenger side of the windshield not sealed. See attached pictures. We want our car detailed, our windshield of our new car sealed properly so no water gets in when it rains and don’t want to wait another month for the car to get done. We understand mistakes happen. However this isn’t just one small mistake. There’s multiple issues. We want a solution. As fast as possible. It’s impacting our day to day not having the car. Now we are gonna have to drop it off again so you can get the interior fully detailed, as well as remove, seal, and reset the windshield properly. So we don’t get water in our new vehicle. Also they left a tool in our car and one thing we paid for on the invoice was a front licensee plate bracket and there is now no bracket at all so put our license plate.

I was in a wreck and went to Gerber Collision and Glass in Newberg Oregon. got my Jeep back and then the fan wouldn’t shut off even after my car turned off which killed the battery. Took it back in they denied that it was from the wreck but said they would replace it as a courtesy. Got it back and it started happening again called and they were incredibly rude saying that it’s a design flaw and it’s not their problem I tried being respectful and asking if they could look at it and they wouldn’t. Called my insurance and my insurance tried to talk to them and they insisted that the issue was not from the wreck and refused to even look at it again and they were still rude. So I took it into a different shop. It ends up The relay box was cracked (which the auto shop I took it to said was from the wreck) Not only that but they put the CRACKED box in UPSIDE DOWN! I will never be returning, their customer service was TERRIBLE and the receptionist and whoever the second woman I talked to was incredibly rude. And the fact that they messed up my Jeep by this carelessness is shocking. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Very kind, very helpful. They didn't wind up fixing my car, it got totalled, but they helped me get a rental and deal with the tow truck driver.

Awesome. I won't hesitate to bring my car back to True Form. It was fast, professional and well done.
