One of the moving pieces as we walked through the repair process was renting something to drive while our car was being repaired. It's at this point that the stress of what to rent, the paperwork, and the waiting all comes into play. Enterprise of Newberg made the process so easy. They brought the rental car to the repair shop. The Enterprise person walked the rental with me and explained the knowledge I needed for this car. Cleanest car I have ever rented. Within minutes, I was able to get into the rental car and be on my way. Drop off of the car was equally seamless. I could have dropped the car off at the repair shop, but I didn't want the rental car sitting on the repair lot so I choose to take it to the Enterprise lot. The office was so organized and tidy. Their lot was organized and tidy. The streets check out was quick. They quickly drove me back to the repair lot so I could pick up my repaired car. Thank you Enterprise.
