    this is my first and last experience with enterprise if i have any control over it. in 2026 they do not allow apple pay, any form of tap to pay, and are also ‘unable’ to manually input any card numbers. please note that this is my second attempt at trying to pick up my rental car, and while i was there the previous day no one said i needed to have a physical card, nor did all the confirmation emails for my reservation. they have made getting a rental while my car is getting fixed as stressful as humanely possible. i am so disappointed and frustrated. whoever was “helping” me instead belittled me when i told him i didn’t have anyone else to come pick up the car for me. when i told him i didnt & that wouldn’t work he acted like i was being unreasonable but the reality is that i just don’t know anyone here. very unkind way to respond. they have wasted so much of my time and money with ubers and just giving me the run around. they should be embarrassed of heir “customer service” they have provided thus far. thanks for nothing. avoid at all costs if possible.

    I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car while trying to rent a minivan for our family’s spring break trip. I originally reserved the vehicle well in advance so our entire family could travel comfortably. Somehow, Enterprise sent the reservation confirmation email to someone who was not even on the reservation—my business partner. The reservation was not booked through our corporate account, yet their system appears to have linked us anyway. Because she did not recognize the reservation, she canceled it, assuming it was a mistake. Only afterward did she realize it was actually my booking. This raises a serious question about privacy and how Enterprise is linking customer accounts. As soon as this happened, I called the branch where I had reserved the vehicle. It took over 35 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did answer, they told me they had to transfer me to reservations—and the call was then disconnected. I called the national customer service line and waited another 10 minutes to reach someone. They told me they could create a new reservation, but it would cost three times the original price. When I explained the situation and asked if they could honor the original rate since this happened because of their system, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and was told someone from the branch would call me back. No one ever did. I tried calling the branch again multiple times and no one answered the phone. After spending two hours trying to resolve this, I finally gave up. This experience was beyond disappointing. Between the apparent privacy issue, the lack of responsiveness, and the unwillingness to help fix a problem caused by their own system, it left me feeling like they simply do not care about their customers.
