    Upon visit, there was a hold up due to what I assume was a more complicated issue. Regardless, I could tell the technicians were trying their hardest to get the line going. Once it was my turn the whole team was very kind and informative, not once did I feel uncomfortable when asking them to specify something, they were incredibly speedy and polite. I recommend Valvoline to all my friends, it’s the speediest service while at a way more affordable price than competitors! Thank you to the Valvoline team, I felt thoroughly taken care of!

    The assistant manager was great and caught that a previous mechanic charged me for a battery replacement and didn't actually put in a new battery. Overall good service, professional. Although they were running understaffed when I visited, they did their best to provide quality service.

    All the technicians were great but the mgr was a complete rude person.the engine hood fell down . ( never had a problem with it before) It broke the oil cap and the tech apologized and said he would order me a new one. I thanked him and told him I understood accidents happen. In a little bit the mgr came over and told me that was not our fault your hood had a bad hydraulic closer and we can’t replace it . I asked so you are not standing by what your employee told me? He said nope not our fault. So I told him I would not be back with either of my cars. I even asked the tech about air conditioning service for my other car. I do not recommend this place as long as that mgr is there. I did go home and check it and now my hydraulic closer really doesn’t work after it slammed down at the place.

    My 17 year old son was charged $109 for a rear diff service he did not authorize. After I spoke to the tech and manager they both said my son told them to complete the service. My son did not authorize the service and told them when he got the final bill he did not authorize the service. The tech told him the fluid was really bad and needed to be changed so they did the service. They basically told me my son is lying and refused to refund the addition $109 charge. We will never be back to this business, they clearly took advantage of a young customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone, bad untruthful business!!!
