  I went to Kia in Medford to look at vehicles and met Scott Witter, one of the sales men. He was kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I left with a brand new 2026 Kia Sportage!!! Thanks for everything Scott!

  Scott was so great and nice. My mom went in for an oil change and sent me his information to get a vehicle. He was so patient and not at all overwhelming like car salesmen can be. He helped my pick out the right car for me.

  Buyer beware. This dealership will mislead you to close a sale. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Medford Kia. Based on my experience, the dealership appears to prioritize closing the sale over honesty, transparency, and customer support after the transaction is complete. I did extensive research before coming in and had proof that other Oregon Kia dealerships were not charging a $5,000 markup on the 2027 Telluride. I was also told Medford Kia would match any Oregon dealer’s price. During signing, I noticed that the $5,000 markup (over MSRP) was still included. When I questioned it, I was told every Kia dealership was charging it, that it was a “Kia-wide addendum,” and others just weren’t advertising it. I was told this was confirmed with the other dealerships. That was completely false. The next business day, I confirmed another dealership had no markup and was actually charging $2200 below MSRP. Medford Kia appears to be the only one adding this charge. I said I was willing to go elsewhere to save thousands, but relied on their claims—and that’s exactly how they got me to sign. When I confronted them, they refused to take responsibility. The only “solution” they offered was removing a lease protection package, which wouldn’t lower the monthly payment and would leave me with less coverage—not a real solution. After several failed attempts to reach a resolution, I filed a complaint with Kia Consumer Affairs and was told the dealership had 24 hours to respond. It has been over a month, and I have received no response. Kia Consumer Affairs later told me that no further action could be taken due to Kia Medford being independently owned. To make things worse, after the sale they completely stopped responding. I’ve reached out multiple times about a door lock issue, and have been ignored. They care about one thing: getting your signature. After that, you’re on your own. Save yourself thousands and go to another dealership.
