  Quickest in town. I love these guys. They check everything and make sure not to forget the oil cap or seals.

  In and out in 45 minutes on a Friday at around 10 am. Though no oil change in this community is reasonable, I found Jiffy Lube to be the cheapest I've patronized in 3 years here (I used a coupon from their website). Having been raised in the auto dealership business, I'm very critical of services rendered and I am appreciative of the fact that there was no pressure salesmanship. I will definitely return on a regular basis.

  I had a wonderful service for an oil change and the guys were sticking it through the crappy weather with a bright attitude. They were quick and efficient. I appreciate their services and will be back again.

  I’ve come to jiffy for 2 years getting my oil changed. I’ve never had issues till now. I was told I had a leak in my transmission during an oil change. I took my car to a reputable transmission mechanic and found there was no leak just residual lube from my axle being fixed months ago. But the issue found was an incorrect gasket drain plug was put on during my oil change and my oil had a slow leak due to the gasket. I contacted jiffy and was told to come in for the manager to inspect it. The manager took a look at my car and was communicating to me through another employee as the manager was under my car. The employee had an attitude as if I was making everything up. He told me the gasket was on correctly and showed me it, after cleaning it well. I called the mechanic to speak with the manager to explain what he seen was wrong. As I felt they weren’t taking me seriously. After speaking with the mechanic the employee was even more dismissive and seemed irritated. The manager put a new gasket on and took a photo of a “leak” on my transmission (completely different spot than what they told me the first time). The manager told me the incorrect gasket was put on my car during the oil change so he put the correct one on, which is not what the employee said 5 minutes before hand. He then proceeded to show me a photo of a different “leak” and told me my transmission mechanic messed up my car and caused a leak, as if he was trying to take the heat off of jiffy lube. I took my car straight to the transmission mechanic. The mechanic did another inspection and said there is no leak, everything is functioning as it should. And it seamed like the manager of jiffy was trying to take the heat off of themselves. In the end, my car could have potentially been damaged if I didn’t take it to the mechanic for an inspection. I felt belittled and brushed off and excuses were made to make jiffy look better. No refunds were offered which I believe I should’ve been given. At that point I was just irritated and wanted to leave as soon as i could so I didn’t fight for a refund. I will never be getting my oil changed again at jiffy lube. Do not come here unless you’d like to be jerked around and incorrect parts used.
