I wanted to see if I can get it taken care of before. It has a chance to get bigger. So I googled and looked up the place closest to My Home in Southern Oregon. I called the number and I get the Automated Message the most frustrating Automated Message I’ve ever dealt with. There is no option to speak to a person you go around in circles with the automated system, and if you don’t answer it in the way that it can receive Your request it just says goodbye. I understand the need for the automated system, but on some level there needs to be an option to communicate with a human. My insurance agent said that perhaps I might be able to get this tiny little mark taken care of without having to come out of Pocket. But how can I possibly know that if I can’t talk to a person I tried to get the automated system to recognize the question. Super frustrated so I think I might be trying to take my business somewhere else where I can speak to a real human
