  I recently leased a vehicle from KIA Medford Oregon. My salesman was Garret. We texted back & forth until I made my choice. I never felt pushed, and he always answered all my questions honestly. I didn’t have a car, so he arranged for me to be picked up, to go to the dealership. I recommend Garret & KIA of Medford.

  Hunter made the experience of purchasing a new car in over 17 years; very easy. I purchased the 2026 Sportage due to its sportiness and safety features. I appreciated Hunter’s low pressure sales approach and professionalism. He eased my apprehension of replacing the car that held so many precious memories, like my daughter learning to drive. He answered all of my questions and showed me all of the key features that I needed to drive off the lot successfully and safely. I definitely recommend Hunter to help you with your new car purchase; with his knowledge and kindness; it made the transition to a new car go very smoothly.

  This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to I visited them about 2 weeks ago my salesperson was a very nice young kid but when it came to management STAY AWAY they are just greedy and will try to take you for everything not to mention all you hear while waiting is a bunch of grown men laughing in a little office DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!

  Our Kia Optima broke down just north of Grants Pass, OR while on the way back to Northwest Washington. We had it towed to Kia Medford and dropped it off after hours. Terry at Kia Medford called me the next day and told me they'd be able to look at it at their first opportunity, which turned out to be the following day. He called me again and informed me that an ignition coil had failed, causing a misfire. He did a great job keeping me up to date with the repair and I was able to return to Medford the following weekend to retrieve our car. The car drove beautifully for the 552 miles between the dealership and our home. Many thanks to Terry and the service department at Kia Medford for getting us back on the road!

  The car was sold to me with a transmission going out. The service department removed the software that does period system checks so I wouldn't see a check engine light, and lied to me about the skidding when I breaked being normal for the car switching from gas motor to electric. The transmission went completely out less than a year after I bought the car, but just past the mileage on the warranty. I had no choice but to replace it. The wonderful people at the service department were good enough to put a remanufactured transmission in, but tried to charge the price for a new one by adding charges for a clutch assembly. Bear in mind, this is an automatic. My husband and I both know darn well that clutch assembly is part of the transmission. Putting a separate line with a separate charge was just a way to get out of a lawsuit for grossly overcharging for an item. I will never do business with Medford kia again in my life
