  The entire experience was so simple and straightforward. I never felt like I was taken advantage of(which is rare when I buy a vehicle), and the entire crew was so kind. There was no pressure, and Chris was absolutely the best! I would ask for him when you stop in- and I’ll be buying my next car from him too. Highly recommend.

  Khalil was outstanding! Energetic in a very charming way. Helped us find the perfect fit for OUR needs. He really listened and made such great suggestions based on product knowledge we ended up with OUR favorite Kia and not the one we intended on taking home. Khalil listened and patiently guided us to what would ultimately make us happier in the long run and immediately. Wonderful experience. The entire staff is really exceptional. Will be back again for sure. Love our Kia family

  Kudos to Hunter Jackson for assisting my wife and I in our purchase of a new Kia Telluride! He was very thoughtful and thorough in explaining functions and features. Also appreciated was his next day follow up call to answer any new questions and offer to assist any time in the future. He is a great asset to the dealership and Kia.

  If I could give them 15 stars I absolutely would! I just purchased my third vehicle drom this dealership and the level of customer service has done nothing but exceed my expectations in all ways. Khalil was sure to stay in contact with me throughout the deal and went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the process easy but that he got me the EXACT vehicle that I was looking for - and considering how many different vehicles they have there's literally something for everyone. They were simply second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

  With all of the positive reviews posted for this dealership, perhaps my recent experience was just a "one-off". An exception to the rule. I hope so, for their sake. My experience was poor, but not because of the sales staff. My interactions with the sales rep was just fine. He was not overly-high pressure at all. Seemed like a good guy. Rather, when it came time to ink the deal, I immediately felt a weird vibe from the "Finance Manager" on duty. I can't remember his name. He presented the numbers on the lease for the 2026 Kia Sportage we were interested in. I immediately questioned the numbers when I saw the monthly lease payment estimate of $458. I mentioned to him that on our last Infiniti Q50 lease several years ago, with virtually no money down, the Infiniti lease was actually a few dollars less than the Kia. And yet with the Kia, we were proposing a down payment of $9,000 cash. When I asked him why the math wasn't computing, he then acknowledged that he had included the optional extended warranty at a price point of nearly (just under) $7,000. Ah-Ha! That's why the math wasn't adding up. He then dismissed that by saying that he just assumed I would want the "VIP lease". Just a little corny to say the least. This experience can't be Kia Medford's best moment. Ended up going to Portland, for the exact same vehicle, and options, and color combo. Competed the Credit App and received approval before driving up. No "VIP lease" add-ons that weren't requested, LOL. And finally, the end monthly payment of $199 was $150 a month less than Medford Kia's $349 ($349 was quoted after they removed the expensive unwanted warranty). As I stated in the beginning of this review, perhaps my experience was the exception, just an anomaly, and not the "normal" experience felt by others.
