When we got there, they were selling it to someone else. The salesman Garret would not even help him. Took and handed him off to another salesman who did not seem interested in helping. Then next day they sent an email saying he had missed his appointment and still needed to come get the car, which they already sold to someone else. Bad service all around!

Still was given a bill with the price saying it was done to the car. When saying to put my old one back in there since I won’t pay for it, i was met with an attitude. And then finally when I get my car back I go to move my seat and they had ripped off my seat adjuster and I had to search for it. Very displeased with the service I was met with for such a highly rated facility.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM NOR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE HORRIBLE & THE SALES MANAGER TRAVIS WAS THE RUDEST MAN IVE DEALT IN MANY YEARS

Nickey was very courteous, explained all the questions and worked with management and finance. Finance/GM have a goal for customer service and it reflects every where.
