  I bought a 2024 brand new elantra hybrid. Very happy with the car, just not happy with Medford Hyundai. First of all, when I ordered the car, I told them I would be in a few days to pick it up had to get a rise. They said, no, they needed that to be on there. Sold cars for the month so they drove my new car 75 miles 1 way to pick me up.. I would have liked to put the first miles on my car. It was raining. My car brand new came to me dirty inside and out. Have been taken it in for my oil changes. The salesman told me for the first 50000 miles. I would have to pay. Nothing was told last time my next visit would be 800 and something dollars at 23000 miles they want to drain all of the fluids.. I really like my car and the gas mileage. But I would not deal with met for Hyundai ever again. Lots of untruths. Also when I bought the car they said, if I left them a 5 star review, they would give me a free car wash and fill up. I chose not to that just shows you how they work.

  When we traded in the car we had previously purchased at Medford Hyundai they completely dropped the ball on getting the GAP insurance refunded as promised. We provided proof the car was paid off and the lien holder released ownership and asked for the refund check to be sent directly to us. They said it would be. However Medford Hyundai sent it to a third party processor for the lein holder which has now tied up those funds even longer. That third party needs to process it on their end and then send funds to the lein holder. The lein holder will have to process it before they can then issue us a refund. We traded in this car over 2 months ago and we still are waiting for this refund. A complete mess and 100% the fault of the financing department at Medford Hyundai. We will never come back to this dealership again.

  Stay on top of these people. Make sure to call about you vehicle frequently. Unfortunately if you back off at all they won’t contact you or give you updates and then when confronted they will gaslight and do anything to avoid accountability. Saying it was my fault because I got upset. But never anything on why I was upset. From 10/15-11/4 my car sat there not being worked on because they never called me. In that time I called twice and left two messages. No call back no anything. I was left in a new state in a new town with no vehicle and no communication. And at the end of the day no accountability. It doesn’t take much to say we messed up we are so sorry here is what we are gonna do to make it right. They are fine with the empty apologies part, but not great at the making it right part. Update: since hm responding to this review I have called twice and left 2 messages and received no call back.

  Just spent one of the most enjoyable 3 hours I've ever spent purchasing a new car or used car in this case the sales people were extremely personable knowledgeable and helpful The general manager dealing with the sale was more than helpful significantly helping me find a inexpensive interest rate for the purchase and giving me a very good deal on a used vehicle I would recommend this dealership and this staff to anyone who is interested in buying a quality car quality service one of the nicest dealer facilities I've ever been in I give it a hands up and would use them again

  Sam, Mike and Esteban! I live in Iowa, and my daughter lives in Oregon. After a recent car accident that totaled her car, my daughter visited the Hyundai Medford dealership. As you know, purchasing a vehicle is a pretty big decision, and my daughter was weighing her options, while consulting with me--and her dad--via phone. It wasn't the best of circumstances. I have to give a big shout out to Hyundai Medford's Sam, Mike and Esteban. They went above and beyond as they spent time with my daughter, walking her through the entire process from start to finish. We so appreciate their kindness and sound advice. She called me as she left the dealership, absolutely thrilled with her purchase. I could hear the confidence in her voice. As her mom, it's an enormous relief to know she's in a vehicle that she feels good about. THANK YOU so much!!
