    I had a very poor experience with Terrible Terrible Auto’s service department. The work on their own vehicles was consistently incorrect, explanations felt misleading, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted to the customer. Instead of diagnosing issues clearly, staff dismissed concerns and implied the customer didn’t understand the problem. Overall, the service lacked accountability and professionalism.

    These people are crooks. I wouldn't buy a vehicle here. My loan was $13,000 more when it appeared on my credit report. These people took advantage of us in our time of need. My wife was suffering from a concussion from a car accident. So they delivered the vehicle to us and then came to my work to have us sign the paperwork. They didn't go over any of it they just said sign where it's highlighted at. I was just trying to make my wife happy. And get back to work. Little did I know that they hid some paperwork in there with a bunch of extra fees and Bamboozled us.. then I tried calling then when I found out. They wouldn't take my call or return my call.

    This is my first Hyundai vehicle. I purchased it through Lithia Toyota Medford and in 5 months have had more issues with it than I have any other car in my lifetime. I am a full time case manager and full time student desperately trying to achieve my licensing to become a CADC 2 and serve my community. That said, I have very little time to deal with issues which come up and I greatly appreciate those who help me when they do. The 6th issue I experienced with my car was the Fobs not working/working sporadically. I thought it was a battery issue a few months ago and when I could not get into my car, I was furious. Dan Young came to my rescue and went totally above and beyond to rectify this issue without further problematic headaches for me. I genuinely respect this man for hearing my frustrations, being sympathetic and making the issue right again. Thank you Dan, you are my hero!
