Enterprise Rental Car completely failed me and my three children- one special needs child, a toddler and a NEWBORN. We arrived at the airport location after driving three hours, only to find out they had canceled our reservation without any notification. Stranded and with no car, we were left to figure out how to get home. The manager was incredibly rude and offered no help. Claims he left me a voicemail informing me of.a reservation cancelation but upon checking the message NOW WHERE did he say the reservation was cancelled-nor did i get a cancellation confirmation email or text. (I saved the voicemail) The manager suggested I check other agencies, but those rentals were double and triple the cost. Now, my credit card is maxed out, and I'm on maternity leave, dealing with this added financial stress. The corporate number led to the escalation department, but regional management hasn't called back. To top it off, customer service disconnected my call right at 5 PM (AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE FOR ALMOST 30 MINS for the second time) and sent me to a survey before my issue was resolved, preventing me from calling back. Enterprise has shown a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Do not trust them with your family's safety or your money. Avoid Enterprise at all costs if you value reliability and basic human decency.
