Makayla was so kind and actually bumped us up to an all wheel drive so we'd be safe in the winter conditions! It was truly so kind and caring. Then on our trip we ended up noticing some chips on the windshield, we were genuinely clueless as to where they came from. But I texted the help number (expecting a large bill) and they simply told me not to worry! They even offered us a new rental car to ease our mind. All in all this rental was wonderful and we'd certainly rent with them again.
