Ask about a portable jump box charger and because I told them that my 12 V barrel plug was out and they had no idea what I was talking about. I felt very uncomfortable and good thing. I don’t live in this town cause I’m never going back there again.

Despite this, he and his other colleagues delivered amazing customer service, were very personable, and taught me a lot about my car in the process. I was super stressed since I had to perform a long commute in my car for work the next day, so I'm eternally grateful for their help! I even came home and told my roommate that it was a great place to go.

An employee at autozone helped me get the alternator I needed , then even came out and helped me get it installed in my car. I was still working on it when the store closed, and he came out after he got off work to help finish the installation in my car so my son and I could make it to Disneyland. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service, went above and beyond. Thank you again.
